A significant conference focussing on EU China interaction in the low carbon economy is taking place as part of the Sustainability Live Exhibition at the NEC, Birmingham on April 17th 2013. Key speakers on the line up include Connie Hedegaard EU Climate Action Commissioner and Chen Futao from the Chinese Embassy. China is still growing rapidly; is urbanising at an impressive pace and is investing significantly in a range of low carbon technologies and approaches.
