A List of Birmingham’s Regeneration Projects – Can you input?

I am trying to document major regeneration projects that have impacted on Birmingham since the early 1980’s. The list is really impressive but I am sure I have missed some and similarly I need to date some of these.

    Include : Urban Renewal….housing….Sparkbrook and beyond ?

    1. Housing renewal is a tough one …. As it has happened over a long period of time and is probably not well documented

The building projects to be dated…are these in the pipeline or have already commenced?

    Regards,

    Kevin

    1. Kevin,

The vast majority of these projects are in place. The Coffins Work’s project is underway and parts of the Arena central project have started. Paradise Circus has not yet started on site.

      regards

      Patrick
